    Ashley Jarvis and his group have very successfully sold 4 houses for my family over recent years, and done so in a most professional manner.     Ashley listened to our assessment of said property and all the improvements we made to the 1.7 acre lot. We set a price we felt was reasonable and he LISTENED to us. He only brought us offers he felt we would give serious thought to. Ashley was very pleasant to work with and definitely is a hard worker whether you are the buyer or seller!     I can't recommend Ashley highly enough! We had been trying to sell a rental property with a different agent and also FSBO for NINE MONTHS and only received one offer. As soon as Remax launched our listing, we received two offers and had it sold in TWO DAYS! Not only does Ashley deliver results, but i was also impressed with his integrity and commitment to upholding his client's interests. He provided some helpful feedback on staging the home which helped me sell quicker and advised me not to bother with a few expensive updates I was considering.     Ashley was very helpful, upfront and very knowledgeable. Due to Corona-19 guidelines, we didn't have much eye to eye contact but he was always just a text or call away to answer our questions and concerns.

    I normally do not write reviews for anything but I was so impressed with this agent and agency that I felt it deserved review. My house went on the market just about the day everything shut down because of the Coronavirus and I feared it would be difficult selling into the epidemic. However I did sit down with Ash and we talked through all of the possibilities. He was extremely attentive to my needs and to my thoughts and he offered helpful advice and tips to get the house ready. He followed through on everything he promised and the house sold on the first day. I trusted his judgment and I trusted his word which are two things I usually don’t do easily.
